applied online, got called for a group interview with about 5 others, lasted maybe 40 mins, the questions weren’t hard and some were pretty random and didn’t really relate to the actual job but i guess they wanted to get a feel for your personality.

I initially applied for a Christmas Casual role and did a group interview over Zoom. The interview was with one of the local store managers, and it was very casual and friendly.

Causal interview at a cafe with store manager. Be prepared for standard questions relating to your past work and experiences. They’ll be looking for teamwork, leadership skills, interest in company and products, passion for brand. Think of retail and teamwork scenarios to describe from your work/school history.
