Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez itracMarketer

      Entretien

I first had a phone interview where I was told a little about the role and asked all of the standard basic questions about my background. Honestly, Steve is who will interview you first and he is very soft-spoken and nice, Justin is the owner who you will probably meet in person later and try aggressively to make you commit to the role. Be warned!! -However pleasant initially, your relationship with Justin will eventually end with him screaming at you on the phone. He regularly made multiple girls in the office cry. He created a completely toxic office dynamic which made everyone entirely miserable. I went on a planned vacation (booked months in advance) and the day I got back Justin called me in and fired me. My coworker later told me that he'd said mixed up another girl in the office and I, so yeah, he fired the wrong person spontaneously. This is not the place to work. Not even if you are desperate.

This submission by a former, disgruntled employee does not objectively reflect the interview experience and is intended to disparage the company due the fact that we had to let this individual go from the workplace a number of years ago. The individual stated that they were dismissed from the job and it was a mistake. However, this was not the case. The individual that left this review had a significant history of absenteeism and lack of responsibility in their role, which was the primary cause of their dismissal. It is unfortunate that they still resent our workplace as it has been a long time since they have last worked with us. itracMarketer has grown and established a friendly and team-oriented, inclusive workplace that supports employees with both learning and career fulfillment. We regret that this individual had a bad experience with our company and want to assure any prospective candidates that this review does not reflect the current working environment.
