⚠️ Please think twice before choosing this organization. I strongly recommend candidates to read this before attending an interview here. I had a very disappointing experience with the management and HR team. I attended two interview rounds and even traveled to their office for the final round. After the interview, I was informed that I was selected. However, during the salary discussion there was no clarity at all. The salary was not even mentioned in the job description. I was told that they would discuss internally and update me by the evening, but no update was provided. After I followed up, I even agreed to the salary package they mentioned. Surprisingly, they again tried to push me to accept a lower salary than what was already discussed. After that, I was kept waiting for several days with positive hope but without any proper feedback. I feel like they are playing with candidates’ time and emotions. I invested my time, effort, and travel for this process, and honestly this experience really hurt me. ❗ Candidates deserve respect for their time and effort. If there is no intention to hire, at least provide a proper rejection or update instead of keeping people waiting.
