I applied for the position through their web page. They turned back couple of days later asked for 2 writing samples. Process was really quick, interview was easy just going through my resume. Interviewer didn't ask many questions but want me to talk about myself.

The interview process is really fast. The HR will contact you first and hiring manager will call you soon, and then maybe you will have a face to face interview with director.
