Talked to the recruiter on a Friday, went in for an in-person the following Monday after a phone screening. The coding test was 3 hours long on Monday. Went on to the next phase a few days after that. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It is a small company right about to launch a new product, so put your entrepeneur boots on !
