Time wasters with total disregard and disrespect. Avoid at all costs
I had an initial call and was given a take-home assignment. After a week I followed up and was told the developers were busy with a Q3 release and still have dozens of assignments to review, which they hope to complete within the next 2 weeks.
After 3 weeks, I followed up again and received a response. After another 2 weeks, but this time round. Nothing!
I followed up another week. Nothing.
I followed up a week after that. Nothing.
The lack of response given the length of the take-home test (intended to take a few HOURS to complete).
Their lack of response shows you that this is not a good company (and many of the job reviews show this). Given there are lots of reports of bullying from the CEO, with a high turnover of developers citing a toxic environment, this interview experience is confirmation. AVOID!
Note: I've set interview difficulty to average because I wouldn't call it difficult. It was abysmal.

The initial interview wasn't very technical.
We went over my CV.
But there was a technical test.

2. Two question sections about C++ language (the answer is about a page long).
3. Seven DSP questions
4. A more in-depth question about DSP theory.
5. Create a high-level design (music-centric system).
