After applying online, I got a call from the team for screening round. Later I visited their office for the next 2 rounds, which included technical and HR rounds. The technical round went well. Later I waited for around 15 mins before I was called by HR. The process was not too lengthy, and I was offered the offer letter within a week.

Then modules, questions related to modules..
I have also written one or two codes for the scenarios.
They also questioned me about the admin part of ServiceNow.
Interview process is very good and interviewer is very genuine and supportive. Do not fear if you are going to give interview.interviewer is very calm understanding and will ask you whatever you know will not force you to provide answer in those areas where you do not have any Expertise
