Hr call, tech interview 1,5 hour, final interview 1hour 1 go task, 1 sql task, talk about experience, hardest task you did, where and how was you'r biggest mistake story, golang task was about slow database and how to decrease database calls using cache

Disorganized and disrespectful. I scheduled a call with an recruiter. The recruiter didn't show up to the call. We had to reschedule. Later the recruiter disappeared for 3 weeks. He replied after several follow ups. Tech interviewers couldn't clearly explain role responsibilities and don't seem to be caring about interesting the candidate in the company. Overall, I got an impression that no one was really caring on what or why they were doing with the interview process.
