I sent my application online and the HR responded within the day. Interview with both interviewers are friendly and relaxed, able to be myself and was told that the hierarchy is flat and it'll be a family oriented work culture. Given 30mins MS excel test.

Contacted by HR after one day applied the job. Excel assessments. Then interview with hiring manager. But so disappointed with HR when I asked about my application status because HR not respond at ALL. Even the candidate not selected for this job but at least send notice about the application status. Not professional.
