I was invited for an introduction call. It was a short call, like 10 minutes or so. The interviewer asked some basic questions. Nothing fancy or complex here. The next day I received a rejection. Rejection is ok but candidates deserve a bit more detailed feedback not just a copy-paste e-mail.

After an initial conversation with the recruiter, the candidate is presented with a programming home assignment. After submitting the code via GitHub, a technical interview is scheduled with two engineers and later another interview with the CEO. The candidate is provided with valuable feedback throughout the entire process, and communication is really good. The recruiter treats candidates with respect and provides great feedback. The exercise is not dificult, albeit a bit too long. One of the best recruiting processes I've seen. I didn't get the offer, but I felt respected all the way.
