The process started after I received the first email from HR to connect if I am interested for a chat to discuss my job application or ideaTree. During the Skype chat I was briefed about the hiring process and also, they did the preliminary round of interview. Later in the week my in-person interview was scheduled with a senior person from the management team. I really appreciate his efforts to first introduce ideaTree to me for my better understanding of the prospective workplace
