Entretien
I was scheduled a Skype interview. The interviewer asked me to have some documentation ready. At the scheduled time I was ready and waited for an hour - the interviewer never showed up or bothered to apologize or even reply my polite messages about rescheduling. Very frustrating and unprofessional as it put a dent on my whole day.
It was super easy, they only asked a few questions and then had to answer some grammar questions. They then asked my schedule and if i would be willing to teach adults or kids.

Where are you from, why do you want to teach online?
Simple competency based questions, then some work on classroom management and how to react to children with behaviour issues. Also some basic interview questions on critical thinking and logic. Finished with a mock lesson for a small period of time.

Entretien
I opted for the digital pre-recorded interview. It's straightforward. You answer questions about how you would teach in certain situations, you answer some language analysis questions (there's a timer) and that's mostly it.
