The interview was smooth, but the employer said fresh graduates with no experience should be trained for a year, and a two-year contract must be signed. If the employee resign during this two-year period, they should pay back the salary of the months left because accusingly they spend a lot of time and energy to cultivate them.

1-hour translation test, then interview. The shifts were an hour apart from each other (something like 10-7/11-8/12-9), not 24 hours divided into 3 equal parts, so during busy seasons those in the last shift might have to stay till 9 next day. Have to work every other Saturday and stand by during holidays. Newcomers work only last shift for first 3 months. Salary was below average.
