1. Contacted by HR to do a phone interview which consisted of personal questions regarding my background skills and education
2. Contacted to doa 1:1 interview. Questions centred on why I chose to apply to ShopNBC and how the position fit with my career goals
I had a phone-screen interview during which standard questions were asked about my background. Then I was brought in for an in-person interview where we talked more in-depth about my background, resume, and questions about skills.

I was called and notified that they would like to interview me. Went to the corporate office to have a 15 minute interview with the HR team. Immediately after I interviewed with the buying team for 20 minutes (job overview and questions for me). There was a drug test and then an offer was made. Quick and easy process.

Group/panel interview with 4 buyers and a senior recruiter. Average interview...went around and asked each person STAR based questions. Each person had to answer the same question so answers became repetitive.
