Met with 2 different managers on 2 separate occasions. I also had to teach the team a skill for 15 minutes (anything except kickboxing) and then did a round of questions and answers with the team.

What is some part of the job that makes you nervous?
The intevrview was very laid back. I think it's more about the franchisee though. The owners of the one I interviewed and worked for were awesome people so it make the interview process feel like a normal conversation instead of someone blasting questions at you.
