I applied through a job listing site and was contacted by their in house technical recruiter. He was very pleasant to talk to and worked incredibly fast at getting me an in person interview after his phone screen (within 30 minutes after the call wrapped up). Had a 1 hour interview with 2 of their engineers talking about my past experience and skills and then some technical/design questions. Afterwards quickly set up another on-site interview with their recruiter. This time it was with an engineer as well as the Director of New Technologies and also lasted an hour. This was all technical, asking about front end questions and more design questions. Thumbs up to the recruiter for working fast, I got an offer the same day of the second on-site interview. Overall it was a pleasant and very quick experience.

I was contacted by one their recruiters over the Junior software developer position they were advertising for. He sounded very nice and we spoke twice on the phone. Based on the answers I gave he said that I could be a good fit this position and told me to wait for one of hiring managers to contact me. I never received any call from this company and one week later about Saturday midnight I received an Email explaining in two lines that after "careful" consideration of my application they have decided no to follow up with me. and that was it!
After 2 weeks I saw same Ad I applied for it again and another rejection Email came in to my inbox. and now I see it again!! Honestly I'm not sure what are they looking for now. I don't think finding a qualified Jr developer would be that difficult these days!!
