Upon arriving I was greeted by a friendly and busy receptionist. She called the manager and I was allowed to enter through a buzzed door. I was greeted by the manager and led to a conference room. The interview took about an hour. The job was open and they desperately needed people. They asked the usual questions and I was also asked how long I was planning to stay with the company. I had a brief tour after the interview. All in all, it seemed a bit rushed, but I was blessed and got hired.

No communication with HR - onyl dealt/met directly with hiring manager and team I'd be working with. Phone screen, 2 rounds of 1:1 in-person interviews, phone screen with VP, and final phone screen with 2 current team members at time of offer.

Entretien
Interview was done over the phone, lasted about 30 minutes. Interviewer was very pleasant and we got along well. Was told (by email) that I may be getting a 2nd interview by the superior who interviewed me, but I received an offer without one 9 days later.
