The way this interview and selection process was handled was less than professional and organized, I must say. I was relieved when it became clear that I was not a good fit here.
It was odd- I was introduced to the employees the evening of my first interview and it seemed like the job was being offered to me.
I was made to do tests and provide references and writing samples, and in the end wasn’t even told that I wasn’t chosen.
This was of course after having had my resume scrutinized by Greg, the smug and rude president, questioning every word on it. He didn’t know about the program Keynote and couldn’t get over how I could have made keynote speeches.
Sigh.
