Had a brief phone call with the lead developer, just asked a few personal questions and what sort of experience I had. Went into the office for an interview with the CEO and one of the managers. They were not technical at all so only asked me personal questions to see if I'd make a good fit. I was replacing someone who was set to leave within the week. That lasted about 30 minutes and I started the same day.
