Mainly a personality interview asking about previous experiences with working with kids of all ages and other experiences you have had. Asks some questions such as what skills you have and what you can teach. Try to have a variety.

What is one safety concern you could see with this position?
The interview process consisted of one round with the regional manager where they asked behavioral questions and gave different scenarios to assess how I would manage the situation. It was a zoom call - around 45 minutes long

Entretien
A 45 minutes BQ-based video interview. The interviewer was very nice and asked me 5-10 questions and it's my turn to ask questions for them. Some about cs conceptions, some about teaching cs to kids and daily routine stuff.
