Online application and then a zoom interview. Process was really simple and straightforward. They asked basic questions like how you would deal with trouble shooting with parents and kids, and how you handle time management.

Entretien
I had one phone call with a supervisor. It was mainly about myself and previous work experience with kids. They also asked me when I would be available to work during the summer and at which locations.
Two rounds: you first submit a video of you teaching a lesson it can be on any subject, and then a zoom interview with regional manager where you go over different scenarios and how you would react
Had to record an example of a quick lesson, teaching some material from their list of topics. Then there was a phone interview of behavioral questions, and gauging what topics you understood.
