Application -> demo lesson -> behavioral interview -> offer. Easy process, all standard behavioral interview type questions no big curveballs. Entire process took about three weeks. The demo lesson can be any subject you choose.

Question 1
How would you handle a student cursing at you during a lesson?
Online application and then a zoom interview. Process was really simple and straightforward. They asked basic questions like how you would deal with trouble shooting with parents and kids, and how you handle time management.
Two rounds: you first submit a video of you teaching a lesson it can be on any subject, and then a zoom interview with regional manager where you go over different scenarios and how you would react
Had to record an example of a quick lesson, teaching some material from their list of topics. Then there was a phone interview of behavioral questions, and gauging what topics you understood.
