Everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with was professional, thorough, helpful, and kind which confirmed their excellent work culture and reaffirmed my desire to work for the company. Within four days of applying online, I was contacted for an initial 15 minute phone screening with the talent acquisition consultant. Once that was completed, I moved on to a CCAT and personality assessment. After completing the assessments, I had a follow up phone call with the talent acquisition consultant at which point he pushed me through to a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager. I had a brief second phone interview with the hiring manager a couple of days later as a second role in the department also opened. Following the second phone interview, I was brought in on site where I had four one on one interviews, which were 30 minutes each, with different members of the team. Just under one week later, I received a job offer. I really appreciated the fact that there were many conversations during the process as it provided both myself and the team at iCIMS the opportunity to learn more about one another and the role itself.

Very quick process overall. 2 recruiter phone interviews followed up by hiring manager phone interview. Invited to onsite interview shortly after which consisted of 4 interviews with director/managers within your business unit. The interview consisted mostly of questions related to your work experience and some questions on how you would tackle certain problems.
