Simple, but thorough process. I applied online and recruiter reached out via email next day to set up the pre-screener which included basic interview questions. Next step was passing the CCAT (everyone's favorite) which led to your 1st "real" interview with the hiring manager. This included digging deeper on the topics from initial call + learning more about the role. Over the next 2 weeks then had zoom meetings with 4 xfunctional leaders ranging from Director to SVP. Topics included culture fit, ensuring past experience was relevant to future position, and an impromptu strategic discussion. Overall great interview process. Everyone is intelligent and nice. Recruiting team communicates well and is timely. Nothing to stress over if you're prepared and honest.
