Interview process was very efficient, transparent and thorough. Vista does require a successful Cognitive Ability Aptitude Test result before meeting with the Hiring Manager. I meet with 4 people that I would directly interface with and then they convened to make a decision. After the final interview there was a 24 hour turn-around time before an offer was extended.
