Overall the process was great and I was told I was a top candidate. However, I was about to receive an offer and had a terrible experience at the end.
After completing the CCAT I was invited to a phone interview which went well. I then had 2 in person interviews. The first was great with a director who seems very smart and capable. However, the last interview went terribly wrong with a manager. Everything was going well until the end when I asked about eventual career direction and the potential for advancement as the company expands. I was later told that I didn't get hired because I asked, which caused them to assume I wasn't excited about the role I was applying for. I was so exited! I'm very shocked as its a fairly common question and disappointed that assumption has prevented me from ever joining this great company.

Entretien
You do a total of three interviews and then they send you a knowledge test and a personality test.. not sure why about those. I would say it was all great until about the last interview. They are super scrunched on time so make sure youre ready with your answers. I really felt like I was going to get the job. They hype you up so much and tell you how they can see you working for them just to deny you. I literally had to text my recruiter and message the customer service about 10 times to get a response on my application status.

Quick and efficient process, great talent team who keep you updated through out the process even when interviewing during a pandemic. Good variety of interviews with different team members to give a clear view on the business.

The interview process was great! I have been on many interviews, and I feel that my experience with iCIMS was one of the best I've ever had. I was in touch with a couple of recruiters during the process. They made everything much easier and kept me updated throughout the process. Everyone I met with (on Zoom) was super nice and seemed to genuinely care about learning about me and my experience.
