1 phone interview with recruiter, 2 in person interviews on separate dates. Met with future team member, future manager, VP, and recruiter. Really great to meet everyone, and learn about the position, the potential future at iCIMS and understanding the makeup of the team.

It was very straightforward and transparent - it first consisted of a phone call with the HR specialist to talk about the role and make sure I understood all of its responsibilities. Next, I had a brief phone interview with the hiring manager. I then had two on-site interviews where I met with three different people in 30-minute time blocks both times. Everybody was very professional and friendly and you could tell they were passionate about their work and their jobs. I really appreciated how transparent and straightforward the HR specialist and hiring manager were when it came to keeping me updated throughout the process on things like next steps and timelines!
