Entretien
The process entire process took 30 days. It consisted of an initial phone screen/introductory call with an in-house recruiter. followed by personality test and video cover letter. Next there were 2 rounds of interviews, each round consisting of interviews with multiple members of the group.

Question 1
The interview questions were more conversational on both sides, looking to understand how I would handle different scenarios and my approach to building internal & external relationships. Everyone I met with was engaged in the conversation and really transparent with their own experiences.
