Interview process consisted of a phone screen, two phone interviews, and two separate onsite interviews. They made sure I was well aware of the job duties as well as the culture at iCIMS, while I was able to ask questions about what was important for me in considering this role. The follow-up process was very clear, and I was always contacted after an interview to get my thoughts on how it went. Overall, a very efficient and effective interview process.
