It is a two part interview that gages into your past experiences. First interview with the hiring manager and 2nd interview with an executive. The process is pretty straightforward. HR would also have you fill out a hiring application and background check form.

Very formal and no complaints. Schedule a time, arrive, wait in reception lobby, interview with direct manager, have a discussion with HR and head home.
