I had my worst experience there. I went there for interview but they were late and many people who reached before me, were ready waiting for their turns. After waiting for 1 hour and having no sign of my turn, I informed their HR and left back.
After that incident the HR insisted to come again to conduct my interview, I went again but this time again I had to wait for 1 hour and that hour was much irritating for me because the CEO who had to take my interview, was continuously reprimanding an engineer.
Once my interview started, CEO was much complaining about resources that they don't put extra efforts and only take salaries.
In interview, that person spent half hour in gossips and telling about his life's achievements.
At least once he finished his own admires, he told me that he will ask questions quickly one after another, like TV program Coffee with Karan and I had to give answer only in one sentence or simply say no if didn't have any.
During the questions, this person seemed mental patient as he himself took much time in answering the right way to answer, and whenever I did try to answer in the same way, he got angry to simply answer in 1 line and don't waste his time.
This was a pathetic experience for me. I would recommend that if a employer doesn't value your time and your arguments before joining, how can they value you after.
