There were two rounds of interview. 1. Technical interview 2. Discussion with VP I would rate Technical interview as medium level difficulty as interviewer had basic knowledge of BPM. In later phase, had 15 minutes general discussions with Vice president. The purpose of the interview to check the communication level of candidate and his vision.
