Hr are great guys and do their job well, probably. The process does not take much time unless you are offered a large technical task. If suggested, keep in mind one thing: you will not get any valuable feedback about your work, you just can spend the time. In fact, the task does not make sense, because whatever it is, you can be shot with very odd (for the senior) questions at a technical interview in which several developers participate. I have personally interviewed hundreds of people for Engineers and for seniors roles also. Questions like "redux vs mobx", "pros and cons", what is the SOLID, bubbling, has doesn’t make much sense. It seems to me that such questions are asked to specifically fail the candidate or amuse the recruiter’s ego. Senior is not about knowledge, he is not a wiki. Senior is about responsibility and the ability to make decisions. Developer can have not so much experience in mobx, that doesn’t make his a bad developer or less “seniory”. Plus, I want to add that there is no question of any communication. You just won't be allowed to ask a lot of questions. BTW, these amazing developers didn't answer any of my questions. But of course, they consider themselves smarter and more erudite. Add to this absolutely dull and unfriendly faces without positive feedback and you will get a very toxic interview after which you want to wash up. This is not how interviews are looking should be!

It took two steps , One with HR and another one was technical and it took 4weeks and then they assigned me a task, I solved the task and then I think they forgot or didn't care about my task. Actually they did the same last year and they told me , it wont happen again. but they didnt answer me after 6 weeks and finally rejected me and told me we use different methodologies to solve our problems.
