First, I had a ten minute intro interview (phone call) that went pretty well. The interviewer told me she loved my tone of voice and felt like I was the type of person she could trust with her grandmother and that’s what she was looking for. We scheduled another Interview for the next day on zoom- which also went well, she said she “really liked me” and thought my skills aligned with the position. I was then asked to take two assessments- computer skills and personality- the personality assessment was very strange and it was obvious they were trying to weed out anyone who didn’t fit their ideal candidate mold. One question was “if I could party everyday I would” agree or disagree and “when I was growing up I could go to my parents with issues.” What does this have to do with my abilities as an experienced sales rep? Anyway, I passed the assessments then had a final interview with the head of sales. He asked me some very general questions and that was it- I felt like he had already dismissed me as a candidate before we even started and it was awkward. I was then emailed a rejection letter two days later from a guy named Chris who I never even spoke to before.

1. You do a 10-15 min phone screen with HR 2. Zoom interview with the team leads 3. Meeting with the Country Head. Process varies depending on role but fairly the same process for all sales consultants.
