Very Detailed and Technology oriented. You need to bring your A game to crack the hCentive interview. I had 3 rounds and all of them were very technical. Focus on the UI side of things and be comfortable with Java, Jquery, Struts, Spring and note.js

Entretien
Initially received call from HR regarding my details for telephonic interview and I acknowledged the timings and the next day, when I was supposed to give my interview, nobody called, I waited for an hour, even communicated with HR via email and contact number, but end up in deducing opinion that there was a poor channel of communication and lack of respect for Candidate from HR side. DISAPPOINTED!
