Came in multiple times to explore the process, listen in on calls, and try to get a feel for whether this career was for me. Observation is the best way to gauge your interest for the industry, which is especially true for this industry. I had multiple sit-downs with management to assess whether I was truly interested, but outside of those was allowed to take as much time as I wanted in terms of educating myself on the day-to-day operations of the company and deciding if it was for me.

2 part interview. Both were very professional and informative. First interviewer sounded in credibly scripted but second was conversational and to the point. Tried to make more relatable real world questions and that helped it flow as well.
