Was offered the role on the spot but gave time to think about the offer. Mentioned there was 3 days of training online, unpaid.

There were a 3 step process involved, first through an online assessment, then a technical interview with a recruiter from The Phillipines, then a quick chat with a recruiter in Spain. They were forward with me about the pay range but I had to decline the offer because the pay is too low.
