Really easy, not hectic. Almost like a friendly conversation where you talk about the skills you bring to the table (organization, good salesmanship, etc). Should be open to learning, and quick to catch on as well.

Pretty fast, it started with a phone call and then in person interview. After the interview in-person, you are onboarded fast and watch some training videos. After that, you are on the floor and also trained on the register.

How much or if I had any experience working retail
One on one interview, asked general questions for retail. I did notice that they are interested in availability more than anything. Had a portion in the end with fake scenarios.
