Entretien
Interview was very relaxed. I have a great conversation with the store manager. She was very easy to talk to and the conversation could've lasted all day. I prepared a little bit before the first interview. All the questions I would expect to be asked from a retail store were asked; nothing was too surprising. I received a surprise phone call from the district manager on a Monday night. She continued the interview with me over the phone. She asked similar questions, however would have been nice to have a little more notice.

Entretien
I was recruited by their District Manager who came to our workplace and asked if any of my team members were interested in applying and we all said yes. They were looking to replace the current team who were all basically hs seniors going to college and needed replacements when they left. I had only met the DM once prior to actually getting the job and she is very cool and tries to work with everyone .

Entretien
I entered the store and asked the manager fi they were hiring. She said that they were and handed me an application. I filled out the application, and she set me up with an interview a week later. I went to the interview. And said set me up with another role play interview in store where I had to greet and assist all guest using the Francesca's Promise. On that day she said she was going to connect me gain to set up my last interview with the General Manager but never got back to me. It has been more that a week since we last spoke.

Entretien
I applied one night and was called the very next day for an interview. The manager I spoke with wanted to meet with me that day but unfortunately I was out of town so we scheduled to meet the following week. The manager who called was very friendly and flexible to reschedule the in-person interview for when I got back. I met the manager in the store and she asked me basic questions about who I am, why I chose Francesca's, and what could contribute to the store. They had me pick out an outfit for someone going on vacation. Overall it was a really fun interview and really laid back.
