Lots of email tag and following up. Was asked to create email blast design on spec before granting an in person interview. More waiting and following up. Interviewer was over 20 minutes late and very rushed. He didn't know the technicalities of the job himself. Showing before-after examples helped. He forgot to fire the temp who showed up and was sent back home on my first day of work.
