Very easy. Walked in to drop off resume and heard back quickly. In interview picked out a cute outfit for a mannequin and talked with managers. also helped a customer.
Laid back and relaxed interview. Basic questions about fashion and your interest in working for them. There were some role play questions that are when have you been in a situation and how you have handled it.
The interview process was two parts. First, they ask you normal behavioral questions, then you move to the next step and they have you style an outfit for a fake client.
