Everything is pretty basic and standard when you are being interviewed at the store by the manager. Nothing out of the ordinary and pretty basic. I got the job on the spot because I had higher retail experience. They offered me below than average pay and there was no negotiating, even with all of my experience. I accepted anyways but am leaving as soon as I get better pay
