J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez francesca's en mars 2018
Entretien
Applied online and was called to set up an interview a few days later. Interviewed in the store with the district manager. Right away before interviewing she had me choose an outfit for a "day of shopping with the girls". She asked why I choose the outfit I did and then didn't seem to impressed with my choice. Interview lasted about 45 mins and she talked a lot about the way they interact with customers. Basically told me I was not qualified for the job and they would be most likely promoting within and that if they did there would be an assistant team lead position available that I could interview for. I got a call two weeks later and she said they did not fill the position and that if I was interested they had a stylist position available. That's a difference between entry level and running the store. Overall it was unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone.
