Super simple conversation with general manager. Talked about music and movies. Asked about sales experience -- exchange money, cash register, assistance on the floor -- typical sales/mall questions. It was simple

The interview was straight forward asking about experience and why I wanted to join the company. I was then ghosted and received no reply after following up twice. This was years ago though so the experience may be different now
They were easy-going and understanding. For a first job, it was great practice and a good experience. The friendly manager made the process seamless. A bit informal but great for a first interview, and quick turnaround and got an answer quickly. Started about a month later with good training.
