I had 4 interviews with them. The first one was an initial discussion with HR, second was to implement a skip list, and the third was to design a payment system. All of these went fine, and the interview experience was great (really nice engineers) However, the fourth and final round was disappointing. It was a cultural fit interview with a C-level executive. Shortly before the interview, I experienced internet issues and had to quickly adjust my setup, which made the start a bit stressful. Despite that, I was prepared and ready to engage. The interview itself was surprisingly brief and lacked depth. I was only asked a few high-level questions about my background, with little opportunity to meaningfully demonstrate my fit or experience. A week later, I received a rejection stating that I did not have sufficient experience in startup environments. If that was the case, why waste my time and their engineers' time to have this interview process anyway? Ridiculous.
