What an amazing experience! I believe I’m around halfway through the interview experience with evolv and I am beyond impressed. It started out with being contacted by the talent acquisition director, Trisha, and going through the initial screening process. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you really are a good fit for the role you’re interviewing for. There were a couple of phone calls, and a video conference in this phase and it went very smoothly and was a pleasant experience across the board. Next, they set you up with two separate interviews with the CEO (Eric Neef) and COO (Mike Bogda). Meeting with Eric put evolv at the very top of my list of places I would want to work at. This felt more like catching up with a friend/family member with respect to the professional interview as well. When they say that this company is filled with humble professionals, they are not joking. I have felt it in every interaction with evolv thus far. I have not yet met with Mike Bogda but needless to say, I cannot wait to meet with anyone that is associated with this company. What really impressed me above all else is the fact that they don’t bore you with typical interview questions. This is about making sure there is value for both parties involved and I’ve never felt that going through a interview process before. Very excited to go through the next steps and I can confidently say that at this point I would accept an offer from evolv even if it meant losing out on more money elsewhere. Even if I don’t get an offer - this has been the best interview experience of my professional career! Will update once I reach an outcome.
