Phone interview with HR, interview with team lead, presentation to Managing Director and the client success team and then final interview with HR. This is pretty standard across most SaaS businesses so no surprises here

Interviewing with Emarsys has probably been one of the best experiences I have had. Thorough and great chance to ask questions to senior leadership. The process will normally include an initial call with the Talent Acquisition Partner, A first interview with the Client Success Team Lead, A second interview with the Client Success Team Lead and Managing Director where you have to prepare a short presentation and the final interview is with the People Business Partner. The team was very friendly and supportive throughout the entire interview process. Everyone was extremely easy to talk to and insightful. I was kept well informed of the process and feedback was provided after each interview. I'd say 98% of recruiters don't bother giving feedback, but for candidates is important to know what they need to improve for the future, it shows the professionalism and importance of the recruitment process for the organisation and it gives value to the image of the company.

Entretien
1) Gespräch mit Recruiterin (CV Screening, warum Interesse/Motivation)
2) Video Call mit Vorgesetzten (CV, Motivation, warum Emarsys etc.)
3) Präsentation/Case Study (Man hat eine Aufgabe geschickt bekommen und hatte ein paar Tage Zeit eine Präsentation vorzubereiten - war sehr spannend und man konnte sich schon ein bisschen in die Rolle hineinversetzen)
-> toller Bewerbungsprozess, schnelles Feedback und sehr transparent, sehr gute Experience!! :-)
