I interviewed through phone call. The HR was nice and punctual. First she asked me to introduce myself and describe some of works I did. Just some typical and general questions which were not difficult. No technical questions.

Entretien
It was smooth process, 1st a phone interview with HR, asking about your experience to see where you fit the most, then a technical challenge followed by an interview with the hiring manager to decide if you go for the onsite interview.

Coding challenge is more about dealing with files and parsing. While the interview was more behavioural questions and experience questions.

Entretien
I applied online through their website. Got a response a few months later for a different position that I was qualified for. First I had a "exploratory" interview with HR to determine if I was a good fit. I was told some technical questions might be asked but none were. Secondly, I did a 2 hour C++ assignment.
