It was a very short process since pretty much I only sent my cv and then went to a single interview. But the interviewer was very friendly, but i ended up not getting the job.
Interview was really straightforward, your standard questions and then had a trial shift nearly straight after where I was given the final outcome. Management were nice and helped you feel at ease.

Entretien
It was an informal interview. They want problem solvers and empathetic people. Wasn’t asked a lot of questions, I was told mostly about the role, attitude towards guests. You would have to know the type of guests the hotel receives, the shifts available.
