Mostly discussed the benefits of exp over other brokerages. Most team leads don't have incentive to train new agents so if you don't personally know an agent there, it's a brokerage better suited for experienced agents.

Entretien
It was over the phone and lasted about an hour. The person seemed helpful. The conversation went the way one would expect it to when interviewing with a real estate brokerage. They tried selling me on the company, but in a non-pushy way, which was appreciated.

Questions were about where I see myself in real estate and what areas I would like to focus on. Also they talked about earnings in 3 ways. The broker was a pleasure to talk to and I was invited to meet the whole team
